About Prime Labs

Prime Labs customers can login by clicking on the “Account” icon in the top right corner and entering their login and password. An active Prime Labs account is required to log in.

Prime Labs products are proudly manufactured in an FDA-registered facility here in the USA. Our products are thoroughly tested to ensure quality and safety.

The shelf life on most of our products is between 1½ and 2 years. The "Best Used By" information, located on all product bottles, represents the date by which we guarantee product potency.

Ordering & Shipping

Yes, you’ll be sent an email with your tracking number. You can also find it on your account page under ‘Order Details’.
